Our store policies are very simple:
Any part for any device with a cost over $50 must be prepaid. We will not carry the cost for any order over $50 due to people changing their mind after the order was made. Vinyl graphics must be fully paid up front before any material is ordered.
Used systems for sale are AS-IS. All systems are tested before they are put for sale. Any issues after that and in the hands of the buyer is not our responsibility. We have had SEVERAL people come back a few months later with issues that did not exist when the system was sold to them.
When replacing screens on cell phone screens, if you can not turn the device on and show us it functions as it should we will not be held responsible if the device does not function correctly once the screen is replaced as we do not know if it did before. We always check as we have had customers come into our store for a simple fix and have been lied to about the actual condition of the device.
We can and will install windows on any computer, but the customer must pay for the activation to make windows legal.
We do not install other software unless you the customer brings it and asks for help installing.
We do not control shipping. If the customer is happy with standard shipping, the item will get here when it gets here. If the customer would like faster service we can select 2 day or over night however those costs will be passed on to the customer.
As there are TONS of phone screens out there we do not carry most models for most phones in the store. Therefor the chances of us not having to order your screen is high. We are simply not willing to spend several thousands to make sure we have every model screen for every phone on hand. We are not rich.
All recycled/refurbished systems we sell again are as-is. We test all computers we get from recycling for use before we put a price on them. Using White Canyon software we remove ALL data from the computer before the windows OS is restored on the hard drive. White Canyon is a trusted software that completely makes all data unrecoverable unlike deleting files or formatting hard drives, The originally OS that was on the system when we got it is what will be placed back on the computer.
We have 24-hour video/audio recording in and around our store. We will not deal with any individual who feels they can walk in our store and be disrespectful in any way.
Recycling drop off. Please be respectful of our list and policy of what we do and do not accept. We have a page in our website for you to view if you need to know. Any person who drops off items we do not accept will be contacted and asked to come back and gather those items. If need be we will ask the Sheriff's Dept. to help us out. We do this because the State of MN is very strict with us as to what we can and can not accept and we are not willing to give this up because someone can't follow simple rules.
